I read the speech first and kept finding myself thinking, "This is a historical document we'll still be talking about a long time from now." Goosebumps and stuff. Then I heard clips from it and was surprised by the absence of passion or flourish in his voice. I wonder if that was deliberate, though. I read it on my treo in the airport, and was ready to run through a wall for Obama.  Later last night, I watched the video at home and was slightly disappointed.  He delivered it a lot flatter than I imagined as I read.  Still, I found the whole of that speech, not just the part addressing the rev.
