I know some small bit of your pain. As the "silent" editor, as well as chapter contributor, of the self-published (Lulu.com) Wikiklesia book, "Voices of the Virtual World" (to which Scot McKnight also contributed a chapter), I have 30 some copies in boxes of 12 (it not being a pocket guide!) on the floor of my bedroom that I went in with John LaGrou in a bulk print. LOL!

Hey Jason. I'm not here because of Scot's link - even though I saw it - but I've had the Pocket Guide for several years and am quoting from it in a post tomorrow, so I wanted to be able to link to you (I hope you don't mind me quoting from it).
Btw, a hilarious book. It is kept on my desk for reference purposes, and for restless moments when I need a diversion from some insane (or inane) pastoral-type duty.
